Understanding the Challenge
The original Highland Ranch website was built on Wix and had become visually clunky, difficult to navigate, and limited in how it showcased the property. The design lacked the elevated, luxury feel the brand required and failed to communicate the balance of adventure and comfort that defines the Highland Ranch experience.
The site also fell short for key audiences, including luxury travelers, engaged couples, and event planners. Information was scattered, the mobile experience was cumbersome, and the overall presentation did not support the level of credibility needed to drive wedding and event inquiries. Internally, the team found it challenging to update content, making it harder to keep pace with the property’s growth and expanding offerings.


Our Approach
The project began with a full redesign rooted in brand alignment and a deeper look at the property’s direction. The goal was to capture an elevated rugged luxury aesthetic while staying true to the landscape and character of the ranch. Site architecture was reworked to simplify navigation and give each offering a clear, intentional place.
Updated visuals, refined messaging, and a refreshed color palette helped establish a cohesive identity built to scale. The tone became more cinematic and grounded in place, giving visitors a stronger sense of the experience before arrival. Throughout the process, we coordinated closely with the Highland Ranch team, gathering existing materials and creating new content to support weddings, hospitality, and future expansion.
Our Solution
The result is a completely new website built on Webflow with a modern structure, elevated visuals, streamlined content, and a refreshed brand identity. The design reflects both the luxury and warmth of the property while giving the team a flexible system that can grow alongside the business. The new site better communicates the value of the experience, supports wedding and event inquiries, and positions Highland Ranch as a premium hospitality destination.
