Understanding the Challenge
Tieman’s had a strong product and a clear point of differentiation, but the existing digital presence did not fully reflect the direction of the brand. Messaging around performance, ingredients, and formulation lacked clarity, making it harder for new customers to quickly understand what set the product apart.
At the same time, the brand itself was in transition. There was no unified system guiding how it should look, feel, or communicate across touchpoints. Without that foundation, the website could not fully support the brand’s growth.
The ecommerce experience also presented an opportunity to improve structure and flow. Product information, storytelling, and purchasing needed to work together more seamlessly to create a more intuitive path to conversion.


Our Approach
The project began with a full brand reset to establish a clear and consistent foundation. A comprehensive brand book was developed to define visual identity, typography, color systems, and messaging direction. This created alignment across the brand and ensured the website would reflect a cohesive and intentional direction.
From there, the focus shifted to restructuring the digital experience. The site architecture was rebuilt to support both storytelling and ecommerce, allowing users to better understand the product while moving naturally toward purchase. Messaging was refined to highlight the core benefits of sustained energy, ingredient quality, and formulation in a more direct and accessible way.
Visually, the direction leaned into a grounded, tactile aesthetic that aligned with the brand’s emphasis on craftsmanship. The goal was to create an experience that felt elevated while remaining clear and easy to navigate.
